Delight International is committed with the specific aim of bringing professional approach to the industry of cement sales and distribution. We souce portland cement directly from the Manufactures based in Europe, Middle East, Vietnam etc.

In doing so, Delight International has become a platform for like-minded professionals who can come to us to purchase their cement requirements. Our philosophy is to ensure transparency with both our collaborating factories and with our clients.

We only accept either LOI or ICPO. If you want to successfully close a cement purchase with us, then only bring us a client who will follow our procedures. As a real cement producer and cement seller, we will only ever use our procedures.

We DO NOT send any quote without receiving an official Letter of Intent - LOI, including the full details of the cement buyers and If we understand to be necessary to ratify the veracity of the information we reserve the right to contact the Commercial Department of the Embassy of the country where the cement buyer is located, or enter directly into contact with the cement buyer. Brokers or intermediaries do not worry, we do not want your commission that will always be guaranteed, but this is the only way to save the buyer, the producer, including the seller, Delight International and you, from many related other problems.
